The IPCC promises to “provide the world with a clear scientific view on the current state of climate change and its potential environmental and socio-economic consequences”, whereby “Differing viewpoints existing within the scientific community are reflected in the IPCC reports.”
FAIL
Steve McIntyre promised via his long-standing ClimateAudit site to ascertain the validity and reliability of climate information and provide an assessment of the internal control. He has exposed wrong, sloppy and corrupted science, establishment whitewash.

Anthony: In fact, with the e-mail scandal continuing in the form of the egregious audits and reviews of the behaviour of the e-mail participants, it can be said that every aspect of the AGW theory from its substance to its participants and supporters has failed in presenting a transparent, open and reasonable view to the public.
