Current Issues
Issues that most concern me are the continued loss of property rights in the city and country , including the use of carbon ( trees and native vegetation ) by the Federal government to achieve Australia’s Kyoto protocol requirements, without compensation to property owners. The loss of property owners ability to use the property owned by them and purchased for primary production or housing is being eroded by the three mainstream political parties. Loss of property rights is sending fellow Australians into severe financial and mental stress in both the city and country. Our party will address these issues.

The lack of a Bill of Rights for Australian people will only lead to the further loss of human, property and other basic rights protected in most other countries. It is time for Australians to commence claiming these basic rights back and support those individuals and parties that believe in formalisation and protection of these basic rights.

While I believe that climate is changing, the relevance and impact on climate, that could be achieved by a carbon tax or carbon pollution reduction scheme is scientifically unknown. The proportion of climate change caused by the release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere is also scientifically unknown. The result of either “taxation” scheme will be higher living costs throughout our economy for an unknown climate benefit.
